New Comienzos exists to design and implement human reintegration systems that help deportees, returnees, migrants, and marginalized families rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and opportunity.
Through workforce development, mentorship, emotional support, and technology-driven platforms, we connect individuals with education, employment, and community networks that accelerate their path toward financial independence and long-term success.
Our goal is not only to provide immediate support, but to build scalable systems that transform adversity into opportunity and allow individuals to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Our Vision
We imagine a world where every displaced person or individual in the process of returning has access to structured reintegration systems that allow them to rebuild their lives quickly, with dignity, and successfully.
New Comienzos aspires to become a global leader in the development of technology-driven human reintegration ecosystems that integrate employment opportunities, mentorship networks, and community support.
Through partnerships with companies, universities, governments, and civil society organizations, we aim to transform the challenges of migration into drivers of economic growth, innovation, and human potential development.
Our Team
At New Comienzos, we are a proud U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. For more than 11 years, we have worked to empower individuals across the United States with access to workforce development, technology, grants, scholarships, in-kind support, and new opportunities—no matter where they live.
Today, New Comienzos is also a growing community of more than 100,000 members who have received guidance, resources, mentorship, or support through our programs and initiatives.
Our signature initiatives—New Comienzos Basecamp, Dream In Mexico, and the Dream In Mexico App (available on Apple and Android)—are part of a broader vision to build a new model of human support systems powered by XXI-century technologies.
Through human-centered innovation, strategic partnerships, and digital infrastructure, we are developing scalable systems that connect individuals with mentorship, workforce training, financial opportunities, and community support. Through community events, mentorship networks, and digital platforms, individuals can access guidance and opportunities through the New Comienzos ecosystem.
While our primary mission focuses on serving communities in the United States, our Dream In Mexico Program also supports Mexican nationals living in the U.S. who may be considering returning to their home country. The program provides a dignified pathway home, supported by mentorship, community guidance, and a growing network of returnees who have lived through similar experiences and now help others rebuild their lives with hope and purpose.
As we continue to grow, New Comienzos is advancing scalable systems powered by artificial intelligence and advanced digital infrastructure, including the development of the world’s first AI Reintegration Companion—designed to provide long-term guidance, mentorship, and support to individuals navigating major life transitions.
These innovations allow us to generate meaningful impact metrics and collaborate with universities, government institutions, foundations, and corporate partners committed to expanding opportunity and strengthening communities.
